What is the difference between monthly, quarterly and yearly memberships?
Quarterly & yearly memberships get access to ALL training materials and online courses which are
made available in the Sports & Specialist Subjects (S&SS) module.
They are also guaranteed the weekly new content.
Monthly memberships do not get access to this folder meaning sometimes if the new weekly content
is designated to the S&SS module they will not always receive weekly new content.
All other benefits included in a membership are the same.
What is included in the FREE membership?
You get access to our GET GOOD CUSTOMER CARE, the safe community,
information boards and various selected educational materials.
This includes the 10% members discount for the GGWH online store and can participate in out affiliation program.

How do I cancel my membership?
If it is a FREE account this can be cancelled without notice.
For paid memberships cancel 3 days before the next payment is due and simply:
If I cancel my account, will I still have access to the all of the training materials & community?
Once we have received your cancellation request and your payment plan is deactivated,
you will be given access as a FREE member.
This means you will not have access to all of the training materials anymore,
but will have access to what a FREE membership offers (subject to change without notice).
If you wish to close your account completely where you no longer have access at all;
please mentions this in your cancellation email or at a later date if you did not know this information
Are payments automatic?
Yes. When you sign-up for your membership subscription (monthly, quarterly or yearly) we will
collect the payments automatically after each chosen period.
Depending on your payment process it may take a few days.
You will also receive a notification email 3 days prior to the execution of the payment.

Can I ask questions about my horse in the community?
Absolutely yes, we are here and ready to assist you, all you have to do is ask.
Are the courses a one time payment?
Yes. You will receive an email to create your account of which you will also have access to our
GET GOOD CUSTOMER CARE, safe community & information boards.
How long do I have access to my course(s)?
Customers pay a one-time fee for permanent access to our online courses.
Can I ask questions in the community about my course and training?
Absolutely yes.
Is there another way to get access to all of your online courses?
Yes, if you sign-up for the quarterly or yearly membership you get access to everything including the online
courses which are located in the Sports & Specialist Subjects module.
